It all began in the year 2016; as a technology startup advisor, and an avid investor, Godbout began investing in real estate properties, which included single and multifamily residential properties in different regions across the U.S. Over the years, as his real estate portfolio grew, he started facing challenges in managing the vast properties, in terms of managing documentation, tax compliance, staying up to date on payments and expenses, among others. He had to hire several people to manage multiple properties, which was a time-consuming and pricey endeavor. The need of the hour was a robust system that could help property managers and real estate investors like him to manage all the tasks associated with property management. Having been in the industry for a long time and experiencing all the challenges first-hand, Godbout and his partner Vincent Samuel identified this ample opportunity.
