Real estate investing is one of the best ways to build and grow personal wealth and achieve financial security. But is the opportunity open to everybody? Investing in commercial real estate (CRE) is a dream for many as it is often a rich people’s game.

HappyNest is here to change this narrative.

A veteran-owned business, HappyNest offers a first-of-its-kind, highly innovative real estate investing mobile app that provides everybody an opportunity to invest in CRE with as little as $10, regardless of their income or net worth.

“What differentiates us is our strong focus on empowering people to live financially healthier lives. Through our platform, we provide soccer moms, college students, long-haul truckers, freelancing nomads, firefighters, savvy seniors, and everyone in between with a means to lucrative investments that lead to long-term savings,” says Jesse Prince, co-founder and CEO.

While numerous apps on the market target only accredited investors, HappyNest supports young investors who are yet to fully grasp the nitty-gritty of real estate and alternative investing.

The team educates investors on the advantages of diversifying their portfolios with longer-term assets, allowing them to access top-quality, high-performing investments. Clients can reap returns even when stock markets and cryptocurrency hit a downturn because real estate assets are stabilized.

The HappyNest app automates the investment process for users, helping them choose how much to invest over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. The app also comes with a round-up feature that enables them to marry daily spending with long-term savings goals.

Once clients connect their credit card or bank account to the app, it instantly turns their loose change into dividend-earning shares of real estate. The app accesses transactions, tracks daily purchases, and calculates the amount needed to round up the total to the next nearest dollar for each expense.

For example, if they purchase coffee for $3.69, the app adds 31 cents to it to round it to $4. The round-up is pooled with round-ups from the rest of the client’s regular purchases. When the cumulative round-up reaches $5, HappyNest automatically invests it into stable, high-yielding CRE to turbocharge their real estate nest egg.

  • What differentiates us is our strong focus on empowering people to live financially healthier lives

Investors are issued shares in HappyNest’s real estate fund proportional to the dividends and revenues generated through the properties they invest in. They become owners of real estate funds rather than individual assets. A professionally managed portfolio provides them with the greatest chance of success.

“We steer people toward thinking about their future with compounded interest and savings. With the tools we’ve created over the years, we are equipping our investors with financial safety and helping them save and benefit from an asset class that will deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns,” says Prince.

A thought leader at the helm of HappyNest, Prince is helping people get their feet wet in real estate investing on a broad scale. His experience in the military led him to push his desire to have a meaningful impact on society by helping others live within their means while building wealth.

Guided by its core philosophy, “Invest and let compound interest do the rest,” HappyNest guides investors through their real estate investing journey.
