HOM, founded in 2014 by Francesca Loftus, Corey Loftus, and Ryan Freed, provides personalized health and fitness programs and lifestyle and entertainment offerings to enhance tenant engagement and retention in over 300 multi-family and commercial buildings in the U.S. and Canada. Alfred will improve its growing range of resident-focused facilities, events, and programs, which the firm first established to create connection and connectivity at the outset of the epidemic. It's this acquisition, and it's the third since its creation.
This purchase is the next step in Alfred's growth as a residential experience platform and provider, enhancing residents' entire lifestyles and changing how they connect with each other and their community.With the addition of HOM, Alfred expands its reach to over 160,000 units in 35 markets and extends activation options across its network, allowing developers and building owners to increase the value of their residential properties. Alfred will welcome HOM personnel, and HOM CEO Francesca Loftus will keep expanding the HOM product offering in her new position at Alfred.
