Billups Acquires Ad Tech Startup Outchart

Fremont, CA: Outchart, a full-stack software provider for the digital out-of-home marketplace, has been acquired by Billups, the largest privately held out-of-home (OOH) technology and managed services company in the United States. Billups' recent acquisitions of Ads on Top in 2022 and McDonald Media in 2020 were preceded by this transaction. With over 120 employees, the company's expanding footprint now includes 19 U.S. and five European markets.

Billups and Outchart will collaborate to realize the vision of innovative, data-driven, one-stop technology solutions for out-of-home media advertisers, agencies, and media owners. Outchart offered digital OOH media owners a cloud-based software solution built by a team of OOH and technology experts at the acquisition. The software provider operated in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, assisting owners in automating campaign and screen management workflows to maximize programmatic revenues.
