Century 21 Redwood Realty and LoanDepot Launch Joint Venture Day 1 Mortgage to Transform Home Buying Experience

The joint venture is set to provide mid-Atlantic region customers with a streamlined home search and purchasing experience with a real estate broker and lender working in tandem to provide the right products, along with the latest technology, and exceptional customer service.

FREMONT, CA: LoanDepot and Century 21 Redwood Realty have entered into a joint venture partnership under the name Day 1 Mortgage. It is aimed to create a simplified, one-stop shopping experience providing confidence and clarity to home buyers in Washington D.C, Maryland, and Virginia. LoanDepot's powerful proprietary Mello and Redwood Realty's insightful local expertise provides the right mix for this innovative real estate joint venture.
