The 82 upscale-designed units have big floor plans, high-end appliances, fixtures, and quality furnishings. They get divided into studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms. The resort provides a wide range of visitors' requirements, delivering comfort and convenience to business travelers, people on temporary relocation, medical personnel, and others.

Travelers will have access to the building's remarkable amenities, which are suited for short and long stays, including superfast WiFi, on-site co-working spaces, indoor-outdoor spaces, baggage lockers, a fitness facility, and on-site parking. Aside from that, the RED complex features over 65,000 square feet of retail space, a 2-acre public park with a huge LED screen and outdoor stage, and is set to become Reno's shopping and eating destination, ideally located near the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Furthermore, the property's closeness to Lake Tahoe provides an appealing alternative for travelers wishing to enjoy the popular year-round location.

In addition to the building's remarkable security, Kasa provides its tech-enabled hospitality at the property, which includes a Virtual Front Desk that facilitates contactless check-in, 24/7 guest service, and hassle-free building entry that uses smart locks for safety.

"We chose to work with Kasa for end-to-end property management because of their full-service approach and ability to cater to both residents and short-term rental guests, with best-in-class technology and trust and safety measures," said Kasey Suryan, Managing Partner at Lyon Living.

Hiring software is changing the way organizations attract and recruit talent by incorporating artificial intelligence into their platforms. AI improves the recruitment process by increasing speed, accuracy, and fairness, allowing businesses to manage large volumes of applicants effectively. This change not only boosts the efficiency of hiring teams but also creates a more consistent and inclusive experience for all candidates. Improved Efficiency and Time Management One of the most noticeable benefits of AI in recruitment is the drastic reduction in the time taken to screen candidates. Hiring teams often sift through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of resumes for a single role. AI-powered tools can scan and analyze these resumes in seconds, identifying relevant qualifications, skills, and experiences. This eliminates the need for manual screening and enables recruiters to emphasize more strategic aspects of hiring. AI also automates redundant tasks such as scheduling interviews, sending follow-up emails, and providing initial responses to candidate queries. These seemingly small actions, when done manually, consume valuable time. By delegating them to AI systems, recruiters can ensure a faster, more responsive candidate experience. AI can help manage large volumes of applications during peak hiring periods without compromising on the quality of candidate evaluation. Intelligent algorithms prioritize the most suitable applicants, ensuring that promising candidates are not overlooked due to human error or fatigue. Enhanced Quality and Fairness of Hiring Finding the right fit goes beyond matching keywords. AI evaluates patterns in candidate behavior, past job roles, and skill development to provide a deeper understanding of potential hires. It uses data to predict which candidates are likely to perform well or align with the company’s values and culture. This data-driven approach increases the chances of hiring individuals who meet the job criteria and are more likely to remain and grow within the organization. Bias in recruitment remains a significant concern. Human decision-making can be influenced, consciously or unconsciously, by factors unrelated to job performance, such as a candidate's name, appearance, or background. However, when properly trained and regularly monitored, AI has the potential to help reduce these biases. It focuses on objective qualifications and performance indicators, leading to a more inclusive and equitable hiring process. AI tools can provide consistent feedback based on candidate performance in assessments or simulations. This transparency gives applicants a clearer picture of their strengths and areas for improvement, which is often lacking in traditional recruitment models. AI systems are continually improving by combining machine learning with natural language processing. They learn from successful hiring outcomes and adjust their algorithms to better predict candidate success. This adaptability ensures that the recruitment process becomes more refined with each cycle. ...Read more
