Opendoor And Zillow Establish A Multi-Year Partnership

The collaboration of Zillow and Opendoor will provide a seamless moving experience to the consumers.

As part of a multi-year partnership, Zillow and Opendoor Technologies have decided to combine their respective expertise to transform how people start the moving process. The collaboration will enable Zillow platform users to seamlessly receive an Opendoor offer for their house for sale as soon as they list their home on Zillow.

For many consumers, selling their home is likely to be accompanied by a lot of uncertainty, and they would rather focus on their next chapter than on the hassles of moving. Zillow users on the Zillow app or site can request, review and compare a list price from Opendoor directly to an open-market sale using a real estate agent using Zillow's apps or websites. Aside from being available on Zillow, Opendoor offers will also be offered as part of other Zillow home shopping services like financing, closing, and agent selection. Customers will have the option to use Opendoor as a standalone offering or in combination with other services. Zillow customers will also have the option to work with a licensed Zillow advisor who will assist them with understanding these options using Zillow's expert advice.
