The corporate headquarters of Realhound.com. have been moved to Boise, Idaho. Realhound.com has also extended its international presence, now employing Sales/Business Development and Support personnel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

FREMONT, CA: Realhound.com, a leading provider of SaaS CRM software to the real estate industry, has announced the following strategic changes:

The corporate headquarters of Realhound.com. have been moved to Boise, Idaho. Realhound.com has also extended its international presence, now employing Sales/Business Development and Support personnel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. These logistical adjustments reflect the company's ongoing commitment to investing in markets with a skilled workforce and significant business growth opportunities.

In addition to the above logistical changes, Realhound.com Inc. announced the appointment of James Wagley as COO of Realhound.com. James Wagley joins Realhound with a wealth of experience in the SaaS Proptech space. Prior to joining Realhound, Wagley created VMM (Virtual Maintenance Manager), a SaaS-based software company that provides an end-to-end solution for property management companies to manage, monitor, and reconcile maintenance processes. Wagley sold VMM to NASDAQ-listed RealPage in 2014, and as a result of the sale, he became SVP of Single-Family/Propertyware at RealPage. Wagley has over two decades of experience in the SaaS Proptech space and will report directly to Realhound's founder and CEO, Andrew Blount.
