FREMONT, CA: Venterra Realty has teamed with Rentgrata, the first renter insights solution that connects and fosters community for multifamily properties, to evaluate the capabilities of Rentgrata to enhance referral communication between prospective and current tenants at multiple Venterra communities.

Rentgrata is the first platform on the market that allows prospective to communicate with current apartment building tenants when looking for a new location, allowing renters to obtain input from a resident's point of view before moving in. Real talks about floor plans, amenities, and other tenant concerns will be facilitated via the Rentgrata platform. If the prospect decides to relocate into the community, both parties will get an incentive provided by the property.
